Accessible Apartment a block from La Concha Beach

The accommodation

Is a luxury apartment in the very heart of San Sebastian. It is located in an elegant building just one street away from the world famous La Concha Beach and a short stroll away from all the tourist attractions. The Old Town, with it’s incredible selection of Tapas (Pintxos in Basque) bars, the port, the beach, the shopping area, the main food market, the Aquarium, the Kursaal Congress Palace, the Cathedral, dozens of pubs, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks... all within walking distance!

It is on the mezzanine with access after 9 comfortable stairs. There is a stair chair lift if needed.

The apartment has:

• A bright, spacious open-plan sitting room/kitchen exterior facing and with plenty of natural light with a table for up to 6 people when expanded. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and small appliances such as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, iron, iron board, etc. There is a comfortable sofa in the living area as well as two armchairs, a LCD 32” TV and a DVD. If the group is more than 4 people, the sofa can be turned into a comfortable double bed. It has air conditioning and from the windows you can see the beach.
• The main bedroom is exterior facing and has plenty of natural light. It has a double bed (1,60 x 2 m / 63 x 79 inches), two night tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe.

• The second bedroom is exterior facing and it has two single beds (0,90 x 2 m / 35 x 79 inches each), two night tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe.

• There is a handicapped accessible bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has wood flooring and the bathroom beautiful design tiles. It is decorated with original paintings that give the apartment a very special touch.

You will enjoy the free wi-fi internet access and free local and national telephone calls.

The apartment is cleaned for your arrival and has linen and two towels per person that are changed when your stay is longer than 3 nights. A cot is available free of charge upon request.

When you arrive, the apartment will have three toilet paper rolls per bathroom, garbage bag, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and two dishcloths.

It is a pet friendly apartment and smoking is not allowed inside.

Setting

The apartment is located in the area known as the Romantic Area of San Sebastián, within the “Centro” district, between La Concha Beach and the Urumea river.

This elegant neighborhood is full of beautiful buildings where shops, bars and restaurants also abound.

From here, you can easily reach on foot any point you want to visit: La Concha Beach is less than 50 meters away and the Old Town (known for its “Pintxos”) is a 10 minute walk away, same as the bus or train station.
