The accommodation

This duplex apartment with sea views is located only 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach in Port d'Alcudia (Puerto de Alcudia), in the north of the island. The living area of 94m² offers two bedrooms (master bedroom with plenty of space for an extra bed and/or cot) and two bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living / dining room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the Bay of Alcudia, the open sea and the mountains. In the complex there is also a garden and a communal swimming pool with views over the Lago Esperanza. The restaurants, beach bars and shops are within walking distance. The apartment has an internet connection -fiber optics 600MB. There is also beach equipment (chairs, umbrella) and children equipment (dining chair, cot, toys for home and beach, plastic dishes).

Setting

The apartment is located in a popular holiday destination with the famous white sand beach, preferred by families with children (shallow for many meters). There is a beautiful marina, also the old town of Alcudia invites to visit. Around Alcudia area you find many different types of beaches. A wide variety of restaurants, bars. Nearby Eroski and Lidl.
