The rooms made available to guests are located in an independent housing unit consisting of two bedrooms both with private bathrooms, a bathroom in the living area, a large open space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, corner fireplace and TV . The bathrooms are new and elegantly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven and refrigerator with an adjacent covered outdoor area for outdoor dining.

The "ULIVO" room has two beds / double bed and the possibility of adding a single bed. The room is equipped with smart TV and coffee machine, kettle and mini bar. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. It has independent access with a private veranda and pool view.

The 40sqm swimming pool, inaugurated in 2020, is served by sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas, common shaded areas and is immersed in a splendid Mediterranean garden with lawn.
