Vila Mimosa has 3 bedrooms, 2 twins bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. The twin rooms have a spacious wardrobe with drawers, mirror and hangers, chairs and a common terrace with great views; the double bedroom has a wardrobe, dresser, mirror, chairs and a small private terrace.
The 2 bathrooms have a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The entrance hall and corridor are spacious, social lavatory, dining room, living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, internet, Wi-Fi available and door to the wonderful view from the terrace.
A large and well equipped rustic kitchen with fireplace, 2 fridges, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, citrus press and all the necessary equipment.
Vila Mimosa has a beautiful and cozy swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol to relax and enjoy a drink while enjoying the fantastic sunset. Barbecue and a lovely and comfortable dining area for moments of pleasure while enjoying pleasant meals.
You can also book an extra twin room with a private bathroom and terrace and independent entrance through the pool area, available only for reservations with 8 or 9 people.
The house in on the first floor level and is accessed by wide exterior stairs.
The owner of the house lives on the ground floor, with a completely separate and private entrance.
Free parking space available on the street in front of the house.
Vila Mimosa can accommodate up to 9 people.
If, for any reason, you need to extend your stay, the amount will be the same as the one already paid per day, but always through. calendar availability.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, which has its own rules regarding the peace and tranquility of its residents, based on the respect, tranquility and silence of all neighbors in the area after 11 pm.

Limitations of amenities - The house has limitations for people with reduced mobility - the house is located at the level of the first floor, access is only possible through wide exterior stairs; inside there are steps with steps, as well as access to the pool also has a step.

The house is located just 3 minutes walk from a small shopping center (with supermarket, laundry, pastry shop, real estate, hairdresser, restaurant and bar), as well as the local bus stop and 15 minutes walk from the Old Town and the "Peneco" beach with its attractive panoramic elevator.
