All apartments are new and set in a building built during the first quarter of the last century. It was carefully refurbished. They are placed in the core of Barcelona’s historical centre, scarcely meters far from the Cathedral, the Town Hall and the Local Government. It is also very near to Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar Church, the most fabulous example of the Catalan Gothic art. Communications with subway and bus are excellent. This neighbourhood offer many appealing places: good restaurants, tapas bars, and even a dynamic commercial area. Not far from here, you can find the harbour and the most crowded leisure centre of the city: The Maremagnum
