The brand new luxury semidetached Villa is located directly on the 1. line of the Golf Court in Miraflores Golf with heated pool. You have an amazing Panorama View from the Terrace to the Golf Court. Highlight is the roof Terrace with the Daybed where you can relax until the sunset. the cozy pool area with HEATED Pool has also a Day bed to Relax. An Alarm System is installed for Security. When you enter into the House you will see an open kitchen- dining- and living area which continue to the Terrace with out door dining, Relax Lounge and BBQ. This Level also has a Toilette next to the Entrance. Enjoy Pure spanisch live style on the Terrace from the breakfast to lunch and Dinner outdoor life. The Ground level has access to the pool area and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master Bedroom with a walk in Wardrobe and an ensuite modern bathroom with Hot Tube -Jacuzzi and Shower. 2 more Bedrooms share one bathroom with Shower. Parking is free in our secured parking area. For Entertainment we have a Smart TV 55 inch with Netflix and amazon prime access. the modern brand new designer kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Wine cooler, Espresso Machine, mixer, blender, etc. A BBQ on the Terrace to enjoy fresh meat and fish bring pure pleasure for the family. kids can play in our garden or back patio where we have a ping pong table. The sauna is in the garden area ready to use for our guests. Our Villa is perfect for a family with kids, couples or friends. We don t allow parties or party groups .
