The accommodation

Brief

Detached villa in a completely rural area, 2km from the nearest town. The farm has 4,000 square meters with large green areas, a basketball court, a 3-meter deep swimming pool with a trampoline, a small dovecote where some pigeons live, open air garage for 4 cars and a cellar-grill.

Stay

The house has a living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with 2 beds each, and a king bed suite. There are 2 bathrooms. From the living room is possible to access to a large terrace overlooking the garden, the pool and the basketball court (On maintenance) . The terrace has a small BBQ.
We can organise your meals if you want to, light up the BBQ, cooking typical dishes (Cocina Zamorana).

Setting

Environment

In a nearby environment there are wineries nearby that allow guided tours with tasting. A natural park of salt water lagoons to visit birds mainly in winter. The Lago de Sanabria Natural Park is just 50 kilometers away.

Access

Easy access by car via the A52 motorway using exit 15. The property is also accessed from the old N525 national road, exiting at turn 16 towards Micereces de Tera. The town of Benavente is 15 kilometers away

The property is located a few meters from the Tera river, there are possibilities for natural outdoor activities such as mountain and road bike routes, walking hiking routes or even canoeing / kayaking on the river.
