The house is a construction completed in 2007. On the ground floor there is a kitchen open to the porch, a living room with two rooms and a separate dining room with a large table. A bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with two beds, a desk, armchairs and a wardrobe. On the upper floor there are 3 large bedrooms, the main one with gallery windows and its own full bathroom. The other two rooms are spacious, one has two beds and the other has a bunk bed and a 90 bed. They share a full bathroom with a shower.
Its porch is oriented to the Cuera mountain, with extraordinary views of trees and absolute tranquility, although it is not isolated. You can park several cars on the plot, it has a large garage where you can leave motorcycles, bicycles, etc. It has a laundry and drying room, freezer, etc.

Setting

The house is surrounded by a stone wall on a plot of more than 2,000 m2. Its porch is oriented to the Cuera mountain, with extraordinary views of trees and absolute tranquility, although it is not isolated. There are trails that go down to the center of Villa de Llanes in 35 minutes per cake. By car it takes 5 minutes, with a large supermarket at the entrance that is very practical.
