The building does not have an elevator, to access the apartment have to climb 2 floors and the apartment is distributed in:

* Dining room with 135 cm sofa bed and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels).

Located opposite the beach that connects the center of Roses and the area of ​​Santa Margarita, a natural beach of fine sand where you will find all kinds of shops (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops ...).
