For those in need of rest and relaxation in a summery atmosphere under the warm Spanish sun, welcome to Casa Verano Eterno, where summer never ends.
A quiet holiday as a couple, with the family or with friends, but also a sportive holiday, for both you can come to us.
Our large villa in Valencian style with a modern touch provides you with all comforts. Everything is there to make it an unforgettable holiday.
We want to give you the feeling of coming home in a cosy house and at the same time be immersed in an eternal summer. After all, on the Costa Blanca you have more than 300 days of sunshine a year.

Setting

The small beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. Here you can snorkel and experience how clear the Mediterranean Sea is. We provide snorkelling masks for our guests. The large sandy beaches of the neighbouring Calpe or Moraira are about 10 minutes' drive away.

It is also very nice to make an evening trip to one of the cosy little towns in the area, both on the coast and inland. There are many restaurants, shops and a pleasant bustle. In Calpe, there is also a long beach promenade and activities or parties are regularly organised in the summer. Afterwards it is always wonderful to return to the peace and quiet of Casa Verano Eterno.

Activities and attractions

Our house is located at the beginning of the climb to old Benissa, better known as the "Pogio". From here you can cycle in all directions. Once you get inland, you can make numerous climbs and you will find yourself in an oasis of calm with little or no traffic. There is a big chance that you will even meet famous professionals here, because for many of them this is the ideal location to train in order to get in top shape.

There are also plenty of opportunities for the less experienced cyclist. We are happy to work together with Vuelta Turistica, they are responsible for the rental of the qualitative Specialized racing bikes and the well-known Strömer e-bike.

With the latter, even the less or less experienced cyclist has the opportunity to discover the beautiful nature in the mountains. For those who like to cycle in a group, it is recommended to do so with Vuelta Turistica. Every day at 10h they depart in different group levels with pleasant guides. After the ride, it is pleasant to talk about it in their cosy bar.
For hikers there are many possibilities in the area. In the first place, the magnificent climb of the Peñon de Ifach, a unique experience! You can also choose a beautiful walking path between Calpe and Moraira along numerous breathtaking bays. Or you can go into the mountains. Sierra de Bernia is a small mountain range that invites you to go on a particularly beautiful mountain hike. A must is to add a restaurant visit at the top of the mountain with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
