Villa del Conte is situated beside the Trasimeno Lake between the towns of Perugia and Castiglione del Lago near the Tuscany border with Assisi, Cortona, Pienza and Città della Pieve all within an easy drive. It is an ancient and elegant villa , just a few minutes from the small medieval town of Agello . The imposing stone structure stands on a hill overlooking the wide valley of the stream Caina . A vast park filled with trees and flowers around the block . Cypress trees surround a shady pine forest . An olive grove down to the valley and crosses a forest of oaks .
