The accommodation

House Flamenco is located in the center of the residential area Cala Canyelles, near to the diving school, restaurant, bar and information office.



The house is in perfect condition and full equipped.

It has a beautiful outdoor area with a amazing garden and beautiful sea views.

Equipped with cupboards, blankets and pillows. Optional rental of bed linen and towels.



Bedroom 1: comfortable room with double bed. Beautiful views to the garden.

Bedroom 2: perfect room for children with capacity for 3 people.



The house can be occupied by one persone more(extra bed or sofa bed). Extra cost.

There is the possibility to rent a cot or bed for children.

Kitchen open to dining area. Fully equipped with croquery, kitchen hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker (Melitta), kettle and toaster.

Porch with table for 6-7 people and portable BBQ.

Big garden area with sun loungers and parasols.

Parking area in front of the house.



GENERAL EQUIPMENT

Washing machine, drying rack and cleaning Kit (mop, broom and dustpan) iron and vacuum cleaner available.

Pets are welcome. (5€/ day)

Possibility of heating and rent an extra bed, Cot, high chair for babies (extra charge).

Due to the quietness of the area, groups of young people are not accepted. The property reserves the right of admission.Extra services

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.

In the centre of the Cala Canyelles urbanisation is the El Trull restaurant which has a swimming pool open to the public for a daily fee (for more information, please consult the restaurant directly).

There is also a tennis court, yacht club with mooring rental, diving centre, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. Beach umbrellas and sun loungers for hire, car hire, horse riding, excursion tickets and several golf courses and pitch on putt courses in the immediate vicinity.Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.

The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.

The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.

The Exit must be made before 10:00 and keys must be returned to the office.

The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.

How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.

You have the right to use the pool paying 4 euros per day per person with one drink included or 18 euros per person per week with one drink included.
