The accommodation

The spacious 3 rooms apartment (80m2), equipped with air conditioning , is on the 3rd floor with elevator, in an historic building of the XVIII century. Situated in the historic centre of Florence, you will be the neighbour of Ferragamo Museum, just around the corner from Piazza Santa Trinita and very close to Ponte Vecchio (200 m) , Piazza Signoria and Uffizi Gallery. 10 min walking from Santa Maria Novella.

Setting

It is a renovated apartment with one double bed (160x200cm) in the first room, one comfortable sofa bed (160x200cm "memory") in the second room, a chic bathroom, and a living room with a full equipped kitchen with cooktop, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, kitchen tools, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, internet Wi-Fi. Household linens and towels are included.
You'll be in the historic center of Florence, in the heart of the most authentic neighborhood, in one of the most beautiful squares.
Downstairs you will found plenty of shops and the most popular restaurants.
The apartment is perfect for a family with one or two children, for two couples or group of friends.
I am at your complete disposal and reachable at any time. I would be delighted to suggest some typical local restaurants. My first goal is to make you feel at home! I am glad to share my apartment with respectful people who treat it with love and care.

We will take a copy of your identity documents, mandatory procedure requested by the City of Florence.

- I ask to be informed about the arrival time

- If you want to anticipate the check-in, in most cases you can do it. From 11:30 am, I offer the possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment, explain the operation of the apartment, take the keys and go to visit the city. I'll take care of delivering the apartment perfectly clean and organized.

- Check-in after 21h00 pm extra fee of 20,00 Euro, and after 24h00 pm extra fee of 40,00 Euro
