The accommodation

A new house built entirely of stone, with juniper and olive wood ceilings, with small doors and antique furniture from Ibiza and Asia. A traditional style country house with 21st century comforts. Capacity for 4 adults + 1 child. 2 bedrooms on 2 floors. Built in 2002 in the traditional style of stone-walled houses typical of rural Ibiza. Decorated with Ibizan antiques and with an Asian touch.
On the ground floor: A / C, autonomous, fully self-sufficient study-bedroom, storage room and garage for your car.
First floor: A / C, main house, large open terrace with a Balinese bed and large covered terrace. New and spectacular pool with a spectacular terrace facing the sunset, and a barbecue.

Upstairs: the bedroom with a 1'90x1'50 double bed and a 3-door wardrobe with a beautiful window facing the sunset.
Downstairs: Study-bedroom with two single beds, double wardrobe, small fridge, TV, Sat. A / C. It is not communicated from the inside with the upper floor, the staircase to go up is outside.

2 bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with bathtub-shower, sink, toilet and bidet, also with a window overlooking the sunset. Ground floor: Full en-suite bathroom, small bathtub-shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Cabinet and large Indonesian mirror.

Upstairs the kitchen is very well equipped. It has all the necessary amenities and utensils. It also has an espresso machine.

Setting

The best points about this property are: 'New and spectacular swimming pool facing the sunset. In the center-north of Ibiza, one of the last natural areas of the island, in an elevated position, with sloping terraces looking towards the sunset (West), with the Sant Miquel valley (Es Pla Roig) at its feet. Large terrace with chill-out, where only the birds can be heard. In the area there are multiple rural paths for walking and cycling routes. Just 1.5 km. It has the authentic town of Sant Miquel with its beautiful 17th century church and its weekly market. There are 2 artisan jewelry stores. Just 4.5 km. Benirras beach, one of the last natural beaches in Ibiza with very little construction around it and Puerto de Sant Miquel Beach with many restaurants and activities, also 15 minutes away by car. Only 7 km. the famous hippy market of 'Las Dalias' with daytime and evening activities. And the north is famous for having the best traditional restaurants on the island.
