Setting

The cozy beds have down comforters and pillows; each room has its own powerful temperature control system. The electric blackout curtains and soundproofing are better than we have experienced in most hotels.

When you wake up refreshed, take your coffee out to the balcony, the town is waking up. Where to go for breakfast? Eggs benedict at the organic baker across the street? Or churros and chocolate?

Time for a stroll. Rent a bicycle at Plaza del Mar, ride along the boardwalk to Puerto Banus and back. Or just find a sunny spot on a bench to enjoy the endless parade of beautiful people on the Paseo Maritimo.

Head back to the apartment for your beach bag. 3 minutes walk from the door you can find a parasol and sunbed for hire.

Evening brings choices: Old Town and a flamenco show? Live music at a beach restaurant? Or Lekune Pintxos just outside the door? Hard to decide with so many choices right on the block!

The pool has 2 sunbeds and one table with chairs. This is a small residential building just 26 families share the garden and pool area.

PRIVACY & CAMERAS

The apartment is equipped with a RING doorbell video camera that can record the space outside the front door.

The community has video cameras that record the common spaces, including but not limited to gardens, pools, entryways, garage, lift, street.

The apartment has neighbors who might possible hear what is going on inside the apartment or see behaviour from outside the apartment, and they might inform the homeowners community, guard, or owner if unauthorized behaviour is taking place.

Activities and attractions

Fontanilla beach is a fantastic neighbourhood with an authentic Spanish feeling.

The beach is steps away, with the Paseo Maritimo promenade stretching from Marbella to Puerto Banus and further. Bike, jog, walk, enjoy the sea views and the excellent weather all year!

The apartment is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cozy tapas bars. The neighbourhood is upscale and festive but not rowdy. Old town is a 15 minute pleasant walk and the night clubs of the Puerto Deportivo are also 10 minute walk away.

Across the street from the apartment you will enjoy a lovely bakery, Maleva, for having breakfast with organic eggs Benedict and home made fare. LeKune Pintxos is one block away and Back Michelin fork gourmet Tapas is right at your doorstep.

There are many convenience stores - one on the ground floor just below has everything you could need from toothpaste to bacon and milk - open til after midnight 7/7. Larger supermarkets just a stone throw away.

If you would like to enjoy some sports, there is a new Bollywood dance studio offering fun dance classes and yoga classes, just across the street next to the bakery. O2 Fitness in Plaza Del Mar is a 7 minute walk and has a sea-view lap pool as well as spinning, pilates, pump classes every day. Marbella yoga shala institute is also a short walk away.
