Ideal for large families. 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. up to 18 people.
Exceptional LUXURY VILLA in a paradisiacal place 5 MINUTES FROM 3 BEACHES, without noise and in the middle of nature, only 10 minutes from GIJÓN. It has everything for an excellent vacation, beach, routes, hiking, bike rides, local cuisine, fish, seafood, restaurants on the beach, golf (18 holes) 10 minutes away, gym, spa and paddle (in 5 star hotel, 5 minutes away), tennis club tennis 10 minutes by car (clay courts). You can pass with our membership invitation upon payment).
Garden of 4000 m2 with swimming pool, spa, solarium, terraces, porches, well-kept garden, barbecue, gazebo. We offer our guests bicycles, board games, golf clubs.
We have a small soccer field in the garden, hi-fi speakers in the garden.

Access by highway 10 minutes from Gijón. Distance to highway 3 km.
Several beaches less than 10 minutes away (you can walk along spectacular and very beautiful hiking trails).
Bus stop 10 minutes walking distance to Gijón. Golf course 5 minutes away by car.
The house is surrounded by vegetation, in a place of landscape protection, next to a native forest, overlooking the sea (1 km).
It is a very quiet area with other villages nearby, alternating with Asturian village houses. Cattle grazing in the surrounding meadows.
Activities and attractions
In the summer season, the municipality is full of small villages that celebrate their own meadow festivals with gastronomy and popular folklore.
Very typical of these festivities are the pilgrimages in which the Asturian drink par excellence, cider, is always present. For mountain lovers, the Picos de Europa are only an hour's drive away.

Wonderful stay in Asturias
My family and I spent a wonderful week in Quintueles. Our rental was clean, luxurious and comfortable. We had plenty of bedrooms for our large family. The pool with Jacuzzi was beautiful with a spectacular view of the coastline. Our hosts, Gonzalo and Monica were extremely helpful and accommodating. We will return soon and hope to stay here again!
