Beautiful and bright Villa / Villa with pool (300 m2 on 2 floors and 1,000 plot). It is located in Roche, one of the best urbanizations of Cadiz (Andalusia, Spain), with the best beach imaginable. In addition to 2 living rooms with work area, it has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and toilet in the entrance hall. And barbecue with table for 16 people. The house is well equipped, full kitchen, kitchenware and tableware. All bedrooms have double set of sheets and towels. It has a dining room plus a living room upstairs, indoor dining table for 16 people and outdoor barbecue dining room for 16 people. It has air conditioning and heating. We have gardening and maintenance service. We do not usually interact with guests, as we do not reside in Cadiz, but a trusted person is responsible for the delivery of keys to the house.

Sport zone with tenis, padel, football, bascket, boley, etc. At the bich you can find a surf school, boley, and a very nice "chiringuito" (bar-restaurant in the sand).
