The Penthouse Miami is a stunning apartment with a private pool, enjoying a privileged location in the Montechoro area, 10 minutes walking distance from the famous Oura Street in Albufeira.

This fantastic 4-bedroom apartment, located on the 13th floor with elevator and stair access, offers free internet and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a service bathroom.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare your meals and enjoy them in the dining area, contemplating the impressive view provided by the large windows. Access to the upper floors is via a spiral staircase to the upper floors, with an incredible view over the city and the sea.

On the upper floor, you will find an extraordinary balcony, an outdoor space where you can enjoy the incredible view over the city and the sea.

The fantastic, imposing upper terrace features a private pool, a dining area with a barbecue, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends during an outdoor meal, with a panoramic view over the city and beyond.

The Penthouse Miami is located in a magnificent complex with an outdoor (common) pool and a smaller one for children, with well-kept and charming gardens.

Due to its location in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, this apartment is a short distance from all the necessary amenities for unforgettable holidays, such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops, bars, banks, golden sand beaches, golf, water sports, and boat trips.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 8 people.
The 9th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
