The accommodation

The apartment is the first floor of an isolated building with a ground floor and a first floor and is adjacent to the Canyelles Petites beach .

The apartment has a living and dining room, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main room is a suite. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and are exterior with views of the beach and the garden of the house.

The house has central heating that is perfect for a winter stay and for the summer it has fans in all rooms.

The apartment has 2 terraces. One, of 25 m2, is at the entrance where the barbecue is. The other, 35 m2, is in front of the living room and has all kinds of outdoor furniture and an exceptional view.

Access to the apartment is at the back of the house, directly from the parking.

The garden of the house and the pool on the plot are for the exclusive use of the owner.

The apartment is perfect for children since there is no road between the house and the beach. Parents can watch their children from the front terrace of the apartment

Setting

Only 50 meters from the house there is a supermarket and in the area there are also restaurants, bars and other shops.

From June 1 to September 30 there is a bus that runs directly to and from the center of Roses. The bus stop is just behind the house.

In front of the house there is a round road, GR-92, which runs from the French border to southern Spain. This is a pleasant and relaxing walk to the Cap de Creus Natural Park, the Almadraba beach or the center of the city of Roses, always by the sea.
