Villa AlGharif is a charming holiday home offering an excellent location in Quinta da Balaia, situated 5 minutes by car from the centre of Albufeira and the region's best beaches. Ideal for families, this property with capacity for 14 people in a verdant environment creates a tranquil countryside atmosphere without leaving the city.

The villa has 5 bedrooms distributed as follows: 1 room with 2 bunk beds accommodating 4 people with a private bathroom (this room is located in another section of the house), 1 room with a double bed and private bathroom, and 3 rooms with 2 separate single beds (one with a private bathroom). In total, the house has 5 bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, is the ideal place to prepare family meals.

In the exterior area of the house, you will find a magnificent, well-maintained garden, with trees surrounding the entire pool area, where you can relax in the sun, in total privacy. The barbecue and outdoor dining area allow you to enjoy summer meals with family and friends in this tranquil setting.

The exterior area of the house is being renovated to provide an even better space, which will be completed in April/2025. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The property is located in the quiet residential area of Quinta da Balaia, with easy access to Albufeira centre, Strip, Praia D'Oura and Olhos de Água, as well as a variety of excellent beaches, shops, restaurants and water sports, and just a short drive from several golf courses.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 12 people.
The 13th and 14th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €140 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
