Villa Florença

Villa Florença is a gorgeous contemporary holiday villa, located in Patroves, Albufeira, only 3km from the best golden sandy beaches. With beautiful sea views, private heatable swimming pool and a games area with pool and table tennis, this property is sure to be a great setting for a wonderful holiday.

This stunning 4-bedroom villa sleeps up to 8+2 guests with 3 twin bedrooms on the first floor (2 with en-suite bathrooms) and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor. There are 3 bathrooms on the first floor (2 en-suite) and 1 on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, sink, and a large dining table, perfect for meals with family and friends. There is also an additional dining area and a cosy living area with comfortable sofas and a large TV with international and Portuguese channels. The lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool is accessed from both the dining and living areas.

Villa Florença has air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout.

The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance and an automatic gate leading to the parking facilities for several cars and direct entrance into the villa. The private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is located at the front of the property and receives sun the whole day. At the back of the property is an entertainment and BBQ / dining area with pool table, table tennis and a traditional Algarve covered barbecue, great for entertaining friends and family with an alfresco meal.

All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also just a few minutes’ drive away, providing an excellent choice for a day out. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
