Villa Florença is an elegant contemporary villa located in Patroves, Albufeira, just 3 km from stunning golden sandy beaches. With breathtaking sea views, a private heated pool, and a games area featuring a pool table and table tennis, this property is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday.

The villa features four bedrooms: three with twin beds on the first floor (two en-suite) and one double bedroom on the ground floor. There are also three bathrooms on the first floor (two en-suite) and an additional W.C. on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer, and a large dining table. The cozy living room, with comfortable sofas and a TV with international and Portuguese channels, provides direct access to the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool.

The south-facing pool enjoys sunshine all day long. At the rear of the property, a fantastic entertainment area with a pool table, table tennis, and a traditional covered barbecue creates the perfect space for outdoor dining and socializing.

Restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets are just a short drive away, as well as the beautiful beaches of Castelo, São Rafael, and Galé. Albufeira’s vibrant marina, charming Old Town, and famous Strip are only 10 minutes away by car.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Prices for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
