Apartment Caracas 2

Caracas 2 is a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment located in a new complex in central Albufeira. Ideal for a family or a few friends, this property is near all essential amenities and is the perfect setting for an invigorating sunny getaway.

Accommodating 4+2 people, this superb apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and overhead shower and another with a shower. The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a table and chairs and leads onto an inviting balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for a meal or for relaxing in the sunshine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and is located on the first floor with lift access.

The inviting swimming pool is in a sunny outdoor communal space with plenty of room to sunbathe.

An exterior private parking space is also available.

Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve.However if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.

Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Setting

With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk of the apartment including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Praia dos Alemães) is only a 12-minute walk away.
