Located in one of the most exclusive communities of San Luis de Sabinillas, surrounded by beautiful and quiet tropical gardens, with 4 large pools (one of them open all year), 2 paddle courts, this apartment is located next to the Mercadona Supermarket and all kinds of services. You can walk to the beach, the Port of the Duchess and the Sabinillas promenade.
Nice apartment for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one double and one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub), living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful sunny terrace.
Setting
The complex has a swimming pool, children pool, underground private parking space and secure access. Towels and bed linen are provided.
By car it is an easy 10-minute drive from the beautiful town of Estepona and 60 minutes from Malaga airport.
This a perfect holiday home conveniently located a short walk from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, beaches and Duquesa Marina.
I you want to use public transport, there is a direct bus connection from Málaga Airport to Estepona, then a local transport to San luis de Sabinillas village.

Una buena elección
Es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Está muy cerca de supermercados, bares, farmacia, etc. La playa estaba un poco más lejos de lo esperado, pero una vez te acostumbras a cruzar la pasarela ya no te importa. No es una gran playa, pero tiene muchos bares para picar algo y es agradable. La urbanización está muy bien, con varias piscinas, muy limpia y tranquila. La zona es estupenda para hacer excursiones. La persona que nos atendió era muy dispuesta a ayudar. Al llegar no funcionaba el aire acondicionado e hizo todo lo que pudo: nos ofreció otros alojamientos con aire, llamó al técnico y elegimos quedarnos a ver si se arreglaba. Al final no pudo ser, por lo que nos hizo un ajuste en el precio y quedamos satisfechos. A mejorar: faltan básicos, como estropajo, bayetas y productos para limpiar en la casa (alquilamos 2 sem y hubiera hecho falta). En los baños no había donde dejar tus objetos de aseo, ni siquiera colgar la toalla del lavabo. No hay wifi en zonas comunes
