Naturaki Mas Verdaguer is an imposing restored country house surrounded by garden located on the threshold between Alt Empordà, Gironès and Pla de l'Estany regions, an ideal place just 25 minutes away from Girona, Figueres, Banyoles and the beach.

Colours, wood and light details's house make you feel all its warmth. The house has 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

Naturaki Mas Verdaguer welcomes us with a large room with different spaces: the TV area and the fireplace, a space designed for the little ones and the games room with billiards and table football. The kitchen, with direct access to the garden, is fully equipped and has a large table where you can eat. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms (the first with a double bed, one single bed and a bathroom, the second with two single beds and the third one with a double bed and one single bed) and 2 bathrooms.

Authentic and original stone steps lead to the second floor, presided over by a large distributor that at the same time is used as TV room with sofas which leads to the rest of bathrooms and rooms: the fourth room with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom; the fifth and sixth rooms with communicating doors and shared bathroom have two double beds and two singles; the seventh with a double bed and two singles; the eighth with a double bed and one single bed; the ninth with a double bed with bathroom and the tenth, ideal for the little ones, with 6 single beds.

The garden is large and comfortable and it is dominated by the large swimming pool and the esplanade with the football goals. The barbecue area is covered and has a sink and work area. A house in an ideal place to enjoy the best of each region.
