The accommodation

This is a beach villa with **private pool** and yard, only **6 minutes walk from the beach** (550m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta. This two-storey villa is ready to host 12 guests, sleeping in 7 bedrooms, two of them en-suite, with access to other 3 extra bathrooms.

There are two dining areas, inside and by the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee machine is a **Nespresso** (capsules). Outside you will find a BBQ as well.

Hotel quality bed sheets, shower towels & WiFi internet are included.

Fiber optic Wifi internet measured speed was (246.64 Mbps) next to the router. please note that the wifi might not reach to cover all the house.

**MINIMUM STAY**

7 nights - high season (June to September) - periods from Saturday to Saturday only

**House Rules**
Just like in a car, children of ALL ages and babies count as people. More people than the maximum number established will NOT be permitted in the accommodation.

Please note that the garage is not available.

Pool lights are not available.

Pets may be allowed, REQUEST basis only. Owner has to agree.

Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
