“Casa Dune" can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a baby, has a large terrace with private patio and garden overlooking the beautiful panoramic swimming pool, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with comfortable double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen.
It is elegantly furnished in the colors of the nearby Dunes and equipped with all modern and useful amenities such as wi-fi, hot/cold air conditioner, mosquito nets, alarm system, burglar alarm fixtures, outdoor shower with hot water, dishwasher, small appliances of all kinds and everything can guarantee a carefree holiday. The house is a true oasis of peace and relaxation, in its large and private outdoor space, with a fascinating view of the countryside you can enjoy tasty breakfasts or lunches in the shade of bamboo, dine under the stars or have fun preparing tasty barbecues on the barbecue equipped with the house or relax in the comfortable outdoor sitting area taking an aperitif immersed in the colors of sunset.
The Pool is for common use of all the guests of the villa "La Janca" (max 12/13 persons) and it's large 50 mq and 1.20 m deep, it has a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside with its typical Meditarranean vegetation,

In addition, the nearby villages of campomarino, maruggio and San Pietro in Bevagna allow easy access to tourist facilities of all kinds, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, banks, first aid points, a marina equipped for boat rental, diving and excursions and everything that can ensure an unforgettable holiday.
