Beautiful house located in a quiet and residential area of Lloret de Mar.

The house is approximately 100m2 approx.:
The villa is the lower floor of the house with a private pool. Access to the house is through a small ramp, where you will reach the pool terrace. Possibility to park a car inside the property. In any case, you can also park your car on the street without any problem, since it is a very quiet and residential area.

Air conditioning with supplement on request (not included in the price of the villa). Note that it is located in the living room.

Located in a quiet urbanization, away from the noise of the center of Lloret, but only 7km from the center and 7.5km from the main beaches of Lloret.

On the upper floor of the house, the owners of the house sometimes live, which has totally independent access to the house. The use of the garden, barbecue and lower floor is for the exclusive use of our tenants. Only the area to park the car will be shared.

HOUSE'S RULES:
- In this accommodation groups of young people are NOT admitted.
- In this accommodation pets are allowed, with prior authorization from us.

INFO DAY OF ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN:
Check-in takes place at our office
Upon arrival, the check-in procedures, payment of tourist tax and other payment of
services you have requested.

INFO DAY OF DEPARTURE, CHECK-OUT:
The maximum time for departure is before 10 am.
The key will be delivered to our office.
