Description: Two bedroom air-conditioned apartment on the second floor with capacity for 5 people using a very large sofa. The apartment is completely renovated to the highest level. The apartment is on two floors, downstairs is a very large living room and an American style kitchen with all new appliances. The living room has a very large chase long sofa, wide screen TV with English channels and Nexflix, WI-FI also has the apartment. There is a terrace in the lounge for morning coffee. Upstairs are the two very nice rooms, one is the main one with a double bed, the other has two single beds. Outside the main bedroom there is also a small terrace. The equipped bathroom has a large shower, the washing machine is also in it. A central community pool serves the development that also has a bar downstairs and a small supermarket that is open from May to December. The beach is a short walk away, where there are many bars and restaurants. La Zenia Boulevard is also located at a relatively short distance and contains many bars, restaurants and 120 stores, and children always carry a towel, as they will want to run in the water sprouts. Private parking with remote control access is available to anyone who has a vehicle.

For stays of less than 5 nights, an extra € 50 is charged.
