It is completely prohibited to enter the house with BEACH SAND, within the Urbanization there is a specific place with a shower to remove the SAND, if you do not comply with this requirement, €150.00 will be charged from the deposit. for later cleaning.
By order of the community administration, they would be required by law to vacate the home immediately the moment they enter the pool stained with sand from the beach, and I would not be obliged to return the money.

Excellent!
Great and lovely house!. The host francisco was exceptionally nice and welcoming and always swift to answer to our needs. We appreciated the fact that its very close to the beach, walking distance and safe aswell. We were two couples and we had literally everything from iron to free wifi to barbecue. The house was very neat aswell. We also like the fact that parking wasnt a problem. We hope to book this again on our next trip to marbella!
