The accommodation

This modern and stylish four bedroom villa is located in the heart of Mojácar Playa and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, popular bars and restaurants and a local supermarket. It is the perfect escape for those who seek convenience on the doorstep and complete relaxation.

Setting

From the moment you arrive you will not be disappointed, at the front of this property there is a well maintained façade with ample parking for three cars on the secure, gated private driveway.

From here there is a short pathway that winds round the beautifully maintained gardens on to the spectacular pool terrace with amazing sea views. We enter the front door into the bright and spacious open-plan living/dining room and kitchen. The tastefully decorated and comfortable living room with its huge French doors look out over the swimming pool with stunning sea views beyond.

To the back of the living room is the sleek and modern fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances.

From the kitchen there is a door to the rear gardens where there is a comfortable covered seating area. There is an external staircase that leads us up to the first floor where we enter a spacious living room that overlooks a large second terrace. On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second a twin bedroom with two single beds, both enjoy sea views. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a modern and spacious walk-in shower.

On the ground floor is the master bedroom which has a comfortable King-size bed, built in wardrobes and large window that looks onto the pool terrace. The master bedroom also has beautifully modern en-suite bathroom with a large, glass enclosed walk in shower.

The fourth bedroom/office is also located on the ground floor, it comprises of a fold away double sofa-bed, plenty of wardrobe space and also has an en-suite bathroom finished to the same high standard as the rest.

The TV is located in the fourth bedroom.

The large sunny pool terrace with its fantastic views over Mojácar has plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy, comfortable seating for relaxing and reading a book, outdoor dining table and gas barbecue and not forgetting the large private swimming pool.
