The accommodation

Lovely apartment on the 1st floor, 49 m² in size, with a sunny terrace of 10 m² offering views of the pool and the sea.
The apartment features a spacious living/kitchen area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an entrance hall. The apartment is fully equipped, including provided bed linens and towels (for both bath and pool), and comes with a washing machine.

The Wi-Fi connection is fast and stable. The residence offers two non-heated pools with a cafeteria and free parking. The apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes on foot from Los Charcos Beach (Calle Adelfas), making it a quiet and well-connected place for a vacation.

Setting

The neighborhood is located not far from the sea, a 10-minute walk from the center of Costa Teguise. Costa Teguise is located about 6 km north of Arrecife, the capital of the island, and approximately 14 km from Lanzarote Airport. Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Lanzarote, offering numerous restaurants, shops, and car rental agencies. Although there isn't a real city center, long walks along the beach are dotted with cafes and pleasant parks. Costa Teguise is home to the only water park and one of the two golf courses in Lanzarote. The Royal Residence of La Mareta, acquired by King Hussein of Jordan and redesigned by Cesar Manrique, was bequeathed to the Spanish royal family. The city boasts beautiful beaches, with the warmth tempered by an ocean breeze throughout the year. Playa de las Cucharas, the largest and main beach with white sand, is well-known for windsurfing and is a 10-minute walk from Club Teguisol.
This resort is highly recommended for families, the elderly, or romantic couples.

Activities and attractions

Lanzarote is an extremely popular island despite its relatively compact size, measuring only 75 km in length. It is full of incredible places to visit. If you are an active traveler and interested in seeing the majority of Lanzarote's corners, we recommend renting a vehicle. It's the only way to reach unique places on the island, such as Parque Timanfaya, Los Hervideros, the El Cuervo volcano, Montaña Colorada, and many others. Feel free to contact us to connect you with one of the island's car rental agencies. However, there is a bus network in Lanzarote, but their stops and schedules are not designed for tourist visits; they are more commonly used by the island's residents. You also have the option to book excursions that include transportation to visit Lanzarote's tourist sites.

Lanzarote Airport (Arrecife) is located 15 km from Costa Teguise, and the cost of a taxi is approximately 25 euros for a 15-minute journey. If you prefer to take a bus from the airport (lines 22 and 23), you will need to make a change in Arrecife (to line 03) to get to Costa Teguise. The last bus stop is a 10-minute walk from Teguisol residence. For convenience, we encourage you to rent a car at the airport. Parking in our residence is free.

To get from the airport to Teguisol residence, head towards Arrecife, then turn left onto the "Circunvalación" to go to Costa Teguise. Upon arriving in Costa Teguise, continue on the road (Avenida de Las Palmeras), and at the end of the town, turn right onto Calle Adelfas or take the first entrance on your right.
