The accommodation

Only 80 meters from the beach house! The house, recently completed, has an inviting and equipped outdoor space, from which you can see the sea, which leads into the living room with a white "open" kitchen. A linear hallway leads to the first bathroom, overlooks a comfortable outdoor space with shower and shower, and leads to two relaxing bedrooms, one of which has an internal bathroom. Both overlook a private terrace. The structure is completed by a third bedroom, comfortable in its simplicity.
The house, located on the ground floor, is the result of careful attention to the location of the structured spaces in order to guarantee the guest maximum comfort. Furnished with simplicity and "taste" it gives rise to a pleasant sensation of freshness and well-being. These elements make the spaces, both internal and external, welcoming and relaxing, allowing the guest to organize themselves as if they were in their own home.
The position of the house allows for diversified use of the outdoor spaces in different time slots. If this is added to the quality of the finishing materials, it becomes one of a kind.
All outdoor spaces are of exclusive relevance: you can choose to have breakfast and dinner in the spaces behind and enjoy lunch on the veranda in front. These environments, given their safety, will allow parents to relax and children to comfortably organize their games.
I guarantee maximum availability from the moment of booking. Once guests arrive at the facility, they will be able to contact me at any time and for any information. Upon arrival, it will be my responsibility to provide all the information necessary for your stay.

Setting

The position of the house allows you to reach the sea on foot by choosing whether to turn right towards the clear and "popular" beach, or to the left, where the privacy of the place is guaranteed, you can decide between the golden sand or the warm rock. Even the services (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, pharmacy) are very close to the house as well as many other conveniences: rental of deckchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas... You can park comfortably (and for free) near the house on a convenient road with little traffic . Nearby is the bus stop which allows you to visit the most beautiful places in the province whose ticket price is really low.
Lido Marini is located about 5 minutes from the Maldives of Salento; is 18 km away. from Santa Maria di Leuca, 30 km. from Gallipoli and 55 km. from Lecce The surrounding areas are dominated by the Mediterranean scrub, green and lush, and by centuries-old olive trees which, alas!, today, attract everyone's attention.

Activities and attractions

There are many activities to plan: in addition to enjoying the clean sea, you can dedicate yourself to underwater fishing or exploring the fauna and flora of the crystal clear seabed, or boat excursions: don't worry... I'll be there to guide you/ suggest various opportunities.
