Built in 1700 and renovated in 2005, the villa dominates an extended valley.

The Interiors
At the entrance of the main house, on the ground floor, there is a game room with table tennis and table football. The living area is on the first floor.
The living area has a dining room with view, fireplace, lounge, sofa bed and TV. It has access to the panoramic terrace and overlooks the courtyard.
Two bathrooms, one with shower, serve the living area.
A kitchen with old wood stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen overlooks the terrace, the garden and the pool.
A laundry room with washing machine and sink for the laundry.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, each one with TV, safe and minibar.
A first double bedroom with lounge and view, with direct access to the terrace.
A second double bedroom, with added single bed.
A third double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath.
A fourth double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower.

The villa rises in a typical Sicilian rural area and is located between Ragusa (8Km) and Marina di Ragusa (15 km), in a optimal position to visit the tourist places of Val di Noto and enjoy the sea of Marina di Ragusa.
It is also 20 Km from the golf courses of Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa.

Activities and attractions

We are localized in South-East Sicily, in the “baroque” heart of “Val di Noto”, Unesco Heritage.
Thanks to the strategic position of Marina di Ragusa, it is possible to visit all the main tourist sites in the area.
You can reach Ragusa Ibla (25 km), Scicli (12 km), Modica (30 km), Noto (70 km) and all the settings of “Commissario Montalbano” (the famous character of a tv series based on the novels by Andrea Camilleri).
You can also make some daily excursions to the Mount Etna (135 km), to the “Valle dei Templi” and Scala dei Turchi in Agrigento (139 km). You can also easily arrive to Siracusa (106 km) and Taormina (182 Km), both famous for their archaeological ruins and Greek theatres. The Port of Pozzallo is quite close (32 km), and it offers many connections to Malta by ferries.
