The accommodation

The apartment is on the third floor of a building without lift and offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea and the whole coast of Marina di Ragusa.
There is a big external and partly shaded terrace with sea view, which is equipped with table and chairs.
On the back of the apartment, there is a second terrace with sea view, used as a solarium.
The interiors are furnished in modern style and consist of a living area and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room is very bright and panoramic thanks to the wide glass walls overlooking the terrace. It is furnished with dining table, TV and sofa bed.
The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer.
Two bedrooms: a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, which is equipped with en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower to serve the twin bedroom.
A laundry corner with washing machine and sink for the laundry.
The accommodation is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and in the sleeping area, in order to serve the two bedrooms.

The apartment Archimede is located in Marina di Ragusa, along the southeastern coast of Sicily, in the province of Ragusa.
Only 100 m from the sandy beach and the beach club “La Ola”, it rises in via Benedetto Brin, one of the main streets of this seaside hamlet, just 200 m from Piazza Duca Degli Abruzzi.
It offers a great position for those who want to enjoy the sea and stay in the city center, next to restaurants, shops and services, without having to use the car.

Marina di Ragusa is a nice tourist seaside village well known for its big fine golden sandy beaches, the sunny and warm weather and its clean waters.
For the 4th year running it received the “Blu Flag” and offers a recently renovated town centre, a smart seafront extending for 2 kilometres, a tourist port with over than 800 berths and the very new wide square with its surrounding narrow streets rich in night clubs, shops and restaurants.
Its location allows to easily reaching all the tourist places in the province of Ragusa, a territory where sea, sun, culture and a rich gastronomic tradition merge.
