Is an independent solution at a ground floor of a duplex; the main floor is occupied only by the owner Maria and her adorable pet. The aisle and the main door are indeed common spaces. The historical building is provided with elevator.

The apartment is situated in the very heart of the city, close to Piazza del Plebiscito, Royal Palace and the popular promenade; it's in fact strategically located between the old town and the Chiaia / Posillipo district (famous for shopping, nightlife and the breathtaking view of its promenade). The area is served by numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The two metro stops (Toledo and Municipio), buses and taxi stops (connection with the airport and the central railway station) are 5 minutes away; the main port with ferries to Capri, Ischia, Procida and many other places is located only 1 km from the property.
