FRANCESCO APARTMENTS 2 bed. 198m Levante beach

This is now third or 4th time ive stayed in francescos apartment 3g in torremar he has always been a pleasure to deal with and responds to any concerns speadily.His apartment is in a great location and has everything we needed for our 5 day stay.Complex is spotless and no problems with noise. I would recommend to my friends. 4 of us stayed in 2 separate rooms each with 2 single beds and in lounge there was also a sofa bed

Have stayed in these apartments many times and have always been very happy. The owner is very professional and also a very nice man who will always help. We like the location and the security and as well as the apartments the whole building is spotlessly clean

Hired a 2 bed apartment here from the owner Francesco who also has a 1 bedroom to rent. Booked it through owners direct and Francesco was always very quick to reply with any queries. The 2 bed apartment we hired for 2 weeks was in an ideal position for the new town, situated on the 3rd floor, so not too high, and serviced by excellent quick lifts. The front door is next to Uncle Peds or the rear exit brings you out at Stardust bar. Francesco met us at the apartments and showed us around, very clean rooms which are air conditioned throughout, English tv, BBC ITV SKY etc should you need it. Main bedroom has double bed which leads out to spacious corner balcony which overlooks the pool, second bedroom has 2 single beds and good wardrobe space, also the small kitchen has a microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board washing machine,(very handy for freshening towels) and plenty of good kitchen utensils, and dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a good shower and always plenty of hot water, a spotlight bulb went one day, a phone call to Francesco and he was around to replace it within a couple of hours. The only criticism would be to have another mirror in the second bedroom. The pool area is kept very clean, no sunbeds, but 2 very good reclining chairs you can use from the balcony, or just outside you can buy air beds. It is used mostly by the Spanish residents who are very friendly and they seem to sit at the pool later in the day, in fact some were using it after midnight for a swim, but always very quiet and with the doors closed at night it is very peaceful and secure. Would certainly recommend these apartments.
