The accommodation

“Casa do Parque” is a charming villa located in the heart of Vila do Nordeste, with a privileged view of the historic 7 Arcos bridge (hence the name of the house). “Casa do Parque” is a T2 house, built in 2015. This house has a capacity for 4 people and is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, bedroom storage room with washing machine and dryer and free Wi-Fi.
We also provide all the amenities to make you feel at home.
We are also concerned about the environment, seeking to mitigate and eliminate the negative impacts of our service. We want your visit to be as “green” as possible. We are looking forward to your visit.

The price already includes a general cleaning as well as a change of sheets and towels for every 5 nights of your stay, it is necessary to schedule the day and time in advance.

The accommodation is located in Vila do Nordeste, close to shops, mini-markets, restaurants and the county museum. This paradise is known for its panoramic landscapes such as Pico da Vara, Planalto dos Graminhais, Serra da Tronqueira, Ribeira dos Caldeiros Natural Park and the flower gardens of Ponta da Madrugada Viewpoint, where you can watch a magical sunrise from the sun, and at Ponta do Sossego, the Farol do Arnel, the oldest in the Azores, the natural pools of Boca da Ribeira do Guilherme and Praia do Lombo Gordo.
Among the landscapes of Serra da Tronqueira, it is possible to observe the Priolo: a protected species that is unique in the world.
From the airport to the Northeast it is 45 minutes away from peace and quiet. You can take a faster road or a longer one, where you can make small stops to enjoy the various viewpoints that make up the north coast.
