“Casa do Vale – A Casa” is a charming villa located in an area that overflows the green of the land and mountains. This T2, shares the property's storage room with T1. "A Casa" with capacity for 4 people, is suitable for children, elderly and people with reduced mobility. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room and free WiFi. Outside you will find a barbecue, private parking, a patio, a huge green space, a storage room (shared by Casas do Vale guests) with washing machine and dryer and outdoor furniture. We also provide all the amenities to make you feel at home.
Upon arrival and every 5 days, you will receive a free welcome basket containing bread/biscuits, milk, juice, water, tea, coffee, sugar, butter and jam.
The price already includes a general cleaning as well as a change of sheets and towels for every 5 nights of your stay, it is necessary to schedule the day and time in advance.
This accommodation in partnership with the restaurant “Casa de Pasto – O Cardoso” will provide you with a unique gastronomic experience. For reservations longer than 5 nights, we will provide you with a voucher for a free meal for two people at the indicated restaurant.

The accommodation is located in Lomba da Fazenda, in the municipality of Nordeste, immediately next to a small supermarket, and close to restaurants and the municipality's museum. This paradise is known for its panoramic landscapes such as Pico da Vara, Planalto dos Graminhais, Serra da Tronqueira, Ribeira dos Caldeirões Natural Park and the flower gardens of Ponta da Madrugada Viewpoint, where you can watch a magical sunrise from the sun, and at Ponta do Sossego, the Farol do Arnel, the oldest in the Azores, the natural pools of Boca da Ribeira do Guilherme and Praia do Lombo Gordo.
Among the landscapes of Serra da Tronqueira, it is possible to observe the Priolo: a protected species that is unique in the world.
