House for 2 family but indipendent. Garden 500 mq directly on to the Lugano's lake. A little stair to go down to the lake for swim.

Flat on ground floor with a largest terrace to dinner in front of the lake. Lugano 12 Km ,little trip by boat,visit some old villas.

Place in garden for a car.

Activities and attractions

Boat trips on Lake Como and Lugano. Visits to ancient villas on the lake.
Casinos to "Champion of Italy" and Lugano. Fox Outlet in Touwn Mendrisio. Riding course Porlezza. Windsurfing course

Good one

This place is properly advertised and the photos are spot on. However, 5 people would be a real stretch and there is no washing machine. But the main bed is good and comfortable. In spite of having entry from a busy main road, this place is quiet and relaxing. Just what we wanted. Owner is delightful.
