The accommodation
Hi welcome at VILLA LA PERLA!
This beautiful villa is perfect for 2 upto 10 persons. There are 5 double bedrooms (3 with sea view) and 3 bathrooms.
You enter a hallway and to the left is the first bedroom. On the right side of the hall is a hallway with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Down the hall is the spacious kitchen! Then there is a large living room with white couches and a large smart TV.
Adjacent you enter the dining room with a beautiful 10-seater dining table and comfortable chairs, it borders with sliding glass doors to the terrace! In this room you have a wonderful sea view and pool (6x3m) with outdoor shower. When the glass doors opens state directly onto the terrace!
At the terrace is a stair to the 2e terrace, where you can enjoy the sun the whole day and have the most amazing seaview.
OPTIONAL: In the winter-months , the pool is heatable (untill 29 degrees) but then we ask 20 euro/day for the energy-cost.
Moreover, there is a still a nice pergola (covered terrace) which also has a sea view and offers space to relax.
On the ground floor, with separate entrance from the garden, is the 5e bedroom with own terrace and bathroom.
