Cozy bungalow is a charming and spacious inside a calm gated residence with nice common swimming pool. It is located in center of Torrevieja and 2 minutes walk from the beach of Los logos. The bungalow is fully renovated, shower and nice balcony, sunny most of the day. Master bedroom with double bed another smaller bedroom with double bed and 1 living room with sofa. Sheets and towels are provided for all beds. It's newly remodeled with a well-equipped kitchen , dishwasher, induction cook-top with four cook zones, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Bathroom with shower. There is Air-conditioner, flat screen TV with plentiful channels, satellite and stereo system. Wireless internet and laptop available.

Setting

The Bungalow is inside a private gated complex with private parking ,nice communal pool directly next to the property. The supermarket and the beach are few meters walk from the place also many restaurants.

Activities and attractions

You can easily get down to one of the two lakes (Salina de Torrevieja or Laguna de Torrevieja) to swim and bathe. Drive to Calle de las Lavandores, park there, walk towards the lake (100-150 m). The salinity level is very high, you can float. Mud is in abundance.
