The apartment is simple, no frills with basic and functional equipment, clean, bright and sunny. Well cared for, with personal and home touches. An apartment in which much affection has been deposited for both to live and to share it with our guests, whom we will receive with a warm welcome.
We have a small exclusive and private garden (accessible almost from any room in the apartment), full of seasonal plants and flowers, in addition to a central tree that will provide the shade you may need if the day is very sunny. In the middle of this "garden in the city" you can find calm and serenity, for work or meditation.

Located in the heart of the city, right in front of:
- Las Ramblas de Santa Cruz Tenerife, with large and ancient trees, statues and sculptures. Ideal for pleasant walks and enjoy the capital of the island.
- A few meters away, there is a large supermarket "Mercadona" where you can find everything you need for your stay, including local products.
- Pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, also available in the surroundings.
- The main shopping and entertainment street of the capital, for all your shopping and activities, is Calle Castillo, all you need is close to about 10 minutes on foot. The accommodation is very close to the "Plaza de Toros de Santa Cruz", the "García Sanabria Botanical Park / Garden" and the emblematic "Plaza de los Patos" (next to the Post Office).
In Santa Cruz it is not necessary to move by car.

If you are looking for a place to work and sleep in the center, with communication to the north and south motorways a few minutes, do not hesitate.
This apartment also has high-speed Internet connection, a large work desk, European standard plugs, convenient access and independent exit from the apartment, bus stop and tram a few meters away.
