Huge private villa in Benidorm with private swimming pool, garden and BBQ (800 m2). It has 7 bedrooms and 17 beds (3 double beds, 14 single beds, and a cot). House has 3 bathrooms including en-suite, maximum occupancy is 16 people

Walking distance to beach and town centre. A taxi will only cost in between 6 and 10 euros to take you anywhere in Benidorm.

Minimum stay is 2/5 nights. Sunday to Thursday nights at discounted prices.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible but you must check availability and conditions prior to booking. There is a separate area adjacent to the villa which is fenced off and not included in the rent. There is no access to this area. The available space is 800 sqm (or 8500 square feet).

The available space is 800 sqm (or 8500 square feet). Arrivals between 11pm and midnight carry a 20 euro surcharged (50 euros after midnight to be paid directly to person providing the keys). Gas heating costs in winter are not included over a certain amount, please enquire. There are no other charges. Please check all other rental terms and conditions by requesting the House Rules.

It is located in an exclusive setting: it is the only villas neighbourhood at walking distance from beach and city centre, yet very quiet as these streets are not open to through-traffic. Make sure you always look at location map when you compare with other villas. Enclosed parking for 2 cars and plenty of additional parking space. Local bus stop just 100 meters/yards away. Beach is only 1100 meters away, very close to city centre also
