The accommodation

The accommodation we offer is newly built, with modern style and very functional, prepared to have privacy and at the same time be very close to the beach, about 350 meters and about 200 meters from the best leisure area of the Barrosa beach (restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, etc.). We have reserved a quiet space where tenants can work, with a desk, monitor and direct connection to the Internet. This space is in the 5th bedroom. The availability of this optional double bedroom, allows the accommodation of 2 more people or the exchange of this one for the bunk beds, with no additional charge for the change, ideal for 4 couples or 8 people without the need to use bunk beds. The house is divided into two floors, the lower floor has a double bedroom. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 with a bed of 1.5, 1 with a bed of 1.35, 1 with 2 beds of 0.90, 1 with 2 bunk beds with beds of 0.90. The established price is for 4 bedrooms to choose, in case you want the 5 bedrooms, there is a supplement of 60 € per night. The maximum occupancy is 12 people. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. At the rear is the pool with a large porch with awnings and barbecue. When it is windy or you are away, the awnings must be retracted. The kitchen is connected to the living room with access through a large window to the porch, which allows people to be all integrated regardless of whether they are in the kitchen, living room, porch, pool and barbecue. In the evening there is a pool area with garden/pool lighting and lounge chairs for relaxing.
The company has another villa next door, called Villa Caracolillo MAR, with the possibility of renting both for large families.

Setting

The environment is extremely quiet to rest but at the same time 200 meters away is the best leisure area of the beach of La Barrosa, the track number 2, which has all the services of beach and leisure.
