The accommodation
Majestic villa with 1000m2 plot, private pool, chill out sunset corner with corner sofa, mature canarian gardens, shaded dinning terrace and an extra terrace with a built in BBQ and a dinning table.
The pool and terrace area are sun bathed from dawn till sunset, it is very private with unrestricted open views and no buildings in front. While swimming in the large 10m x 4m swimming pool, you can enjoy panoramic views out to the Montaña Roja and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
The living room and dining area is very comfortable and spacious with open plan kitchen, perfect for romantic getaways or family living.
The Villa has 2 large double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and one guest bathroom. The master bedroom has swim-up Access to the pool. There are 3 terraces and 2 pergolas.
The Villa has its own private gated driveway with space for 2 vehicles and a lovely and well maintained garden.
Setting
The villa is located in a very quiet area of Playa Blanca yet only 10 mins walk from Playa Dorada white sandy beach, also nearby you will reach the wonderfull Beaches of Papagayo in the Natural Park Los Ajaches. The main village Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon with its restaurants and shopping facilities are all within a comfortable walking distance.
