Sunny and newly furnished 1 bedroom attic apartment (60 m2 built). Spacious and comfortable living room. Satellite TV and wifi (fibra) installed. Nice terrace with lovely pool, golf and mountain views. Spacious bedroom with a double comfortable bed (160 cm) and a big bathroom (with a bath and wc) en suite.
Another bathroom with a shower and wc is located near the entrance.
Separated kitchen in fully equipped (washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster etc.).
Safe box.
Air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room.
Free communal garage.
The apartment has all the necessary equipment for comfortable self-catering staying.
Close to everything but in quiet and friendly place.
Car is recommended, but it's possible to move without car as well.
There are 2 swimming pools in the residence:
for adults and children.

Setting

From the airport you can take a train to Fuengirola (main railway station) and from there 3 min by taxi. The cost in all will be around 10 euros.
You can rent a car in the airport (very reasonable prices) and very easy to move around.
By taxi (the cost is around 40 euros).
Free communal covered garage in the residence.

Activities and attractions

Matchroom Golf Country Club is located in a privileged area of Costa del Sol, between the capital (Malaga) and Marbella. Magnificent place with hills and Golf courses, lovely views from everywhere.
Quiet and friendly atmosphere.where you can go to Malaga easily.
Car is recommended, but you can move without car as well (there is also a taxi near the residence and for 3 euros you are in a couple of minutes in the center of Fuengirola near great beaches, big Carrefour supermarket, Corté Ingles, Miramar (big commercial center) and a railway station from where you can go to Malaga easily. There is a bus stop at 300 m from the residence.
