The accommodation

Bright and sunny villa, located in the heart of the Costa Blanca, between Moraira and Javea. Benitachell, Cumbre del Sol.
The house and the pool are for the exclusive use of private guests, free wifi included in the price. With private garage and easy parking in front of the villa in the street. Ideal for six people, isolated from the noise, with the beach and mountain areas, ideal for hiking and family holidays.
The distribution of the villa is all at the same level and distributed a garage entrance and the main entrance of the villa by a short path through the garden where we have a room with two single beds, wardrobe, well lit with gas radiator heating, a bathroom with shower, where we have a small space for linen, a large kitchen equipped with all appliances and cutlery full, a large rustic style dining room with air conditioning and heating, and connection to an open naya equipped with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing with family or friends, open terraces, pool and garden directly, a bright living room furnished with heating, a fireplace that gives a warm atmosphere, with flat screen TV and antenna Satelite Astra, with large windows overlooking the garden, terrace and pool, two large bedrooms with double bed, both with heating, closets, very bi in one lit and air conditioning; one of the rooms with bathroom with shower and empty. Approximately 2000m from the house we have a Pepe la Sal supermarket, a hairdresser and a typical Spanish restaurant. The Aldi, Mercadona and Mas y Ma supermarkets located at 3km.
We have a horse club at cumbre del Sol, the popular Cala Moraira in Benitachell that is a stone beach (approx 3mn by car), in the nearby areas as Javea and Moraira (4-7 km) we have Sandy beaches, we find diving club, golf and various recreations.
In Cumbre del Sol, a car is essential to get around. Moraira and Javea are about 10 minutes drive from the house.

Setting

The small town of Alicante of Beitachell, with its surroundings. 6000 inhabitants, is located inland, but very close to the coast. Benitachell remains framed by a varied agriculture typical of the region, such as vines, oranges, lemons, almonds and olives. Benitachell has a steep 2 km coastal strip with a square of stones, bays, caves and the beautiful nature reserve of Javea.

The urbanization Cumbre del Sol is located exactly on this coastal strip. It bears this name because it is built on the mountain. The location of this urbanization offers its inhabitants and visitors a fantastic view of the sea and a panoramic view of the surroundings. Urbanization includes restaurants, bars, pharmacies, hairdressers and supermarkets, and since 2010, the English school, Sta. Ma. Magdalena.

The nearest cities such as Javea, Moraira, Benissa and Teulada are 10 minutes away. The Javea (9-hole) and Benissa (9-hole) golf courses are also very close and can be reached quickly. To get to Benitachell, it is best to take the AP7 / E15 motorway or the N-332 national road. Alicante airport is around 90 km away and Valencia airport is 110 km away.
