Setting

The house is in San Martín de Soba in a wonderful and little known environment, between the births of the Gándara and Asón rivers, (2 km from the source of the Gándara river and 3km from the river Asón). It is one km from the town of La Gándara that has all services, supermarket, restaurants, swimming pool, playground, health center, etc. and 35 km from Laredo beach.

Activities and attractions

The main activities are hiking, bird watching, caving, canoeing in Ramales (15 km), baths in river and beach being close to tourist attractions such as the viewpoint of the Gandara, (with new zip line to be released this summer) and the birth of the river Asón. It should be noted that the house is within one of the 10 best routes according to the Internet, to be done by motorbike, throughout Spain.
