Vacation Home -Country house with pool located in the Agaete Valley in the northwest of Gran Canaria and with mountain views. The farm has 20,200 m2 of land and 250 m2. On the ground floor it has 1 master bedroom with bathroom and another bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room. On the upper floor it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The farm has a variety of fruit trees and mainly the jacaranda, which is characterized by its showy blue flowers.

Setting

La Casa del Molino de Viento is located in the Agaete Valley in a very quiet and totally private area. Surrounded by trails where you can enjoy the daily walks that the area offers due to the climate and different paths surrounded by native vegetation.
There are 2 restaurants within 300m of the property where you can safely walk.

Activities and attractions

A lounge with TV and DVD with a collection of films, terraces with views of the garden and swimming pool, barbecue area, mini basketball, badminton and petaca courts. The closest beach is 5 km away and is called Puerto de las Nieves. In the surroundings there are different trails to walk and enjoy the vegetation and the good weather that the area offers.
In Puerto de Las Nieves you will find Las Nieves beach and a stone pool with sea water and also restaurants with typical food such as fresh fish and seafood.
