The accommodation

Cozy apartment in the center of Salerno, composed of living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom.
It is ideal for a family with children, perfect for individuals or couples, wanting even for a group of friends, as there are 2 beds in the double room, 2 bed in the sofa bed in the living room and 1 more in a camp bed.
Sheets are not included. You should bring your own sheets or they will be provided at 5 euros each. You should bring your own towels or they will be rented at 5 euros per set.
There is no use of air conditioning, if you need it the cost is 20 euros.
Bathroom set that includes toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, hair caps, other accessories at 10 euros.
Wifi 10 euros.
Kitchen set that includes oil, condiments, sauce, pasta, things to eat 10 euros.
For breakfast that can be done either at home with fruit, milk, yogurt, coffee pods, biscuits, brioche, etc ... or at the bar downstairs with cappuccino and croissant, the price is 2 euros per person, and other things to eat for lunch or dinner will also be left at the house.
Final cleaning is 30 euros and is only paid if you leave the house dirty.
Before sending requests, write a message indicating: where you are from, what city you were born in, how many you are, how old you are, what time you expect to arrive, what time you expect to leave.
Possibility for families with small children to have a floor mattress similar to a futon, stroller, cot, and car seat.
The tourist tax is 1 euro per person per day, to be paid upon arrival.

Setting

At 100 meters from the sea, near the metro station "Torrione", 700 m from the central station and the square of the regional buses. In the immediate vicinity, a characteristic local market, supermarkets, children's playground, promenade, equipped beach, restaurants, shops, pizzerias.
Excellent starting point to visit: the islands of Capri or Ischia, the Amalfi coast, Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Paestum, Reggia di Caserta. All locations are at a maximum distance of 50 Km and can be reached both by public transport or by boat or private car

For each reservation id identity card or passport is required.
There is a deposit of 100 € which will be returned upon departure.
